The first is at Carina Cellars in Los Olivos, California. I am displaying for sale an assortment of jewelry as an extension of their rotating art shows and various other displays. The jewelry consists of necklaces, earrings and bracelets and all are handmade of various gemstones, crystals and glass. Each piece is unique, showcasing the beauty of nature's gems and even some beautiful sea glass that was found on the beaches of Santa Barbara.
The second is at the Mirabelle Inn in downtown Solvang, California. I have approximately 65 matted and framed paintings for sale throughout the Inn showing a full range of landscapes, historical landmarks of California such as the California Missions, Still Life Arrangements, and local vineyards. This Show began October 1, 2009 and, after a very positive reception in the first few months, it will now continue to run for an indefinite amount of time and people are welcome to stop in and browse.
In November of 2010, I will begin appearing at Wandering Dog Wine Bar as part of a permanent Show featuring my watercolor paintings along with a local artist who paints in wine and a local photographer. This Show, while permanent, will continue to change as art is sold or rotated out. My portion will showcase the landscapes of the local area and vineyards, historical sites such as the California Missions and some inspired paintings created in my imagination. So please stop by and visit and see if something new is to your liking.
As we move into 2011, I will have a two month Art Show in February and March at Carina Cellars in Los Olivos. This venue has always been fun for me because they allow me to present new ideas. During the last Show at Carina Cellars in 2010 - besides the watercolors that have been so successful - I displayed some photographic montages; these were of sites around the Santa Ynez Valley and Santa Barbara and were well received. In 2011, I will put up some of my recent fanciful creations which I painted with TEA and COFFEE! Coffee, as a painting medium, gives rich browns to a painting and creates beautiful paintings with the various dilutions of this common beverage; tea is a much milder form of medium, but used as a contrast, can create beautiful warm golds for representing sunlight on a subject. As my son-in-law says, "Finally a good use for instant coffee."

On a regular basis throughout the year, I can be "found" at the Goleta Jr. High craft event on the third Saturday of each month (depending on weather) from 9 - 2 and annually at the Santa Barbara Elks Club July 4 BBQ Event; at both events, I sell the jewelry, art and knitted items. I am available for commissions and you can always email me at RoyannaRobertson@gmail.com with any questions or for a complete slide show of my paintings; each painting is sized and labeled and many are available for sale upon request.
Hello Royanna- My husband really likes the painting you did for his Christmas gift. We are headed to Santa Ynez this weekend and plan to check out your shows. Maybe we will find a companion piece? Thanks, Linda
